Shell Box and Nubank have introduced a new payment method for app users in Brazil. Customers can now utilize NuPay within the Shell app to make payments at Shell stations, with the feature being gradually rolled out for both debit and credit payments over the next few weeks.

NuPay, launched in March 2022, is now usable at over 130 locations and enables rapid transactions without requiring card details, enabling payments directly from the account balance or in installments of up to 12 times.

Registering NuPay in Shell Box:

1. Launch the Shell Box App by opening it on your mobile device.
2. Access the Virtual Portfolio by navigating to the virtual wallet area within the application.
3. Choose the “Nubank” option under “payment forms” to add the payment form.
4. You will be redirected to the Nubank app automatically.
5. Choose between credit or debit payment options in the Nubank app.
6. Confirm payment by using a four-digit password.
7. After confirmation, your NuPay will be registered and ready for use without having to enter extra card information for each purchase.

This payment method is exclusive to Nubank clients who need to have the app installed and running on their devices to integrate and use it in Shell Box.
